2.1 With the classic stereo was upgraded, which often affects significantly enhancing sound, especially for small boxes, which are common on the PC. Here, the two front speakers (2.0) are supplemented by a subwoofer (0.1), which deals exclusively with the reproduction of low frequencies. The advantage is that a similar resonance is generated with potent bass, what else much larger speakers would be needed, which would barely fit on the desk.
The more pronounced bass abundance is not only striking in games and movies a practical must, but also enhances the perception of sound in music, eventually reaching a grand piano or an organ enormous depths.
